When we drove by a house for sale that we liked on a Saturday, Ian got us a showing on a Sunday, and after negotiating, we bought it on a Monday. Ian is a great realtor. When it came time to sell our house, Ian moved quickly to list it. He showed us comps so we knew the value of the house, and how to price it so it would sell. He also placed the house on several web sites. He advised us on how to "show" the house and had several open houses. The house sold within 7 weeks, with part of that time being over holidays. He is meticulous with paperwork to make sure everything is correct. If you want a top notch realtor, Ian is your man. Thanks Ian, for a stressless move.

Ian will sell your home as if he were selling his own. He stays on top of things and doesn't leave any loose ends. And, he's very tech savvy, which is a necessity in today's market. He sold our house faster, and at a higher price, than any in our neighborhood. He also was there for us every step of the way in the buying process for our new house.

Ian knows real estate from several different states. He made the process quick and easy. He found errors in paperwork from the other party and had them corrected. He answered our questions quickly.
